We are back with another Food post and this time it’s a debate!

MicosWaffleandChicken opened up in Lekki a little over a year ago. We first tried their breakfast the month they opened and we thought their option was really nice at N1,500. In the beginning, they had really fluffy pancakes with egg options and sausages, they even offered bacon for those that wanted. We recommended their breakfast to a couple of our readers who kept going back for their breakfast option.

Recently Mico’s moved locations to a bigger space and we stopped by for a Saturday morning breakfast.

We realized that it did not exactly look like what it used to be and we also got feedback from LIL Fans about it as well. It is still the same price but the pancakes are smaller and the hot chocolate was expensive milo (It did not come with hot chocolate in the past) and the breakfast portion had reduced. Also we did not like the liquid type syrup, it wasn’t regular syrup. In general, the experience was different.
